I led the technical design and tender preparation, architecting a robust, redundant ICT infrastructure. I designed the end-to-end architecture for the digital wallet system, including user registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes, wallet funding methods (bank transfer, card, cash deposit), transaction processing (P2P, bill payments, merchant payments), and security protocols (encryption, two-factor authentication, fraud detection). I designed and implemented a comprehensive Business Intelligence (BI) system that aggregated data from multiple sources (billing, CRM, network monitoring, customer service) into a centralized data warehouse. I designed the infrastructure for IPTV content delivery (streaming servers, CDN integration), Cloud CCTV (video storage, remote access), and VoIP (SIP trunking, call routing). I also created the business model, including pricing tiers, bundling strategies, and customer self-service portals. The platform was designed to be white-labeled and scalable.

I led the migration from proprietary systems to OpenStack, an open-source cloud platform. I designed the OpenStack architecture (compute, storage, networking), planned the migration strategy to minimize downtime, and managed the deployment across multiple data centers. I also trained the internal IT team on OpenStack administration and created operational procedures for ongoing management.

I designed and deployed an Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) solution to centralize and secure these critical services. I architected a redundant, high-availability configuration across multiple data centers, implemented security hardening (DNSSEC, access controls), and integrated the system with existing network infrastructure.
