Ahmed Alaiady

My journey began in 2000 when I earned my Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Northern Technical University in Iraq. From the very start, I was drawn to the intersection of technology and business—not just how systems work, but how they create value for people and organizations.

Over the next two decades, I built a career that spanned multiple industries and roles. I started as a systems engineer, learning the fundamentals of infrastructure and network design. I moved into telecommunications, working on billing systems and intelligent networks for one of Iraq's largest mobile operators. I founded my own IT services company, experiencing firsthand the challenges of entrepreneurship. I led IT infrastructure for an internet service provider, managing everything from cloud migrations to contact center deployments. And I transitioned into strategic roles, architecting business solutions for education technology, FinTech, cloud gaming, and digital marketing.

Each role taught me something critical. I learned that technology is only valuable if it solves a real business problem. I learned that strategy without execution is just a document. And I learned that the best solutions come from truly understanding the people you're serving—whether they're customers, employees, or partners.

Today, I bring all of that experience to bear for my clients. I work with entrepreneurs who have a vision but need a roadmap. I work with startups that need to scale fast and smart. I work with businesses that need to modernize, automate, or pivot. And I stay engaged for the long term, because I believe that real success is measured not at launch, but in sustained growth and impact.
